Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

At Loomhues, we take every step to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If your product is damaged, please provide proof of the damage, and we will offer a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving the product.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. After the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If you want to cancel a COD order, you will need to notify us before it is dispatched.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method. For COD orders, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns for products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
