Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

At Loomhues, we take every step to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If the product is damaged or defective, you must provide a continuous, unedited video recording of the package being opened, from the moment the sealed package is received until the product is fully checked for any damage or defects. The video must clearly show the condition of the package and product.

Based on the unboxing video and verification of the damage, we will offer a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving the product. Claims without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. After the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If you want to cancel a COD order, you will need to notify us before it is dispatched.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method. For COD orders, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns for products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery. Returns or refund claims for damaged products must be supported by a complete, continuous unboxing video recorded from opening the package through checking the product for damage.
